One of the best ways to enjoy the delights of Queenscliff is to use the unique Bellarine Railway Park & Ride & Cycle service. Leave the car at Drysdale Railway Station and place your bike in the Guards Van. Then travel by train to Queenscliff where the railway station is centrally located beside Swan Bay. Upon arrival use your bike to explore many of the towns delights including: The famous Queenscliff Pier , The beach, Fort Queenscliff, and the great hotels of yesteryear including: The Royal, The Esplanade, The Vue Grand, The Queenscliff (Mietta's) An alternative is to cycle from Drysdale to Queenscliff using the Bellarine Rail Trail and then return using the train. Drysdale is just 20 minutes east of Geelong on the Portarlington Highway. The station has ample parking, Electric BBQ's, Playground, Toilets, Museum & Kiosk.
McHarry's Buslines services from Geelong, Ocean Grove & Portarlington stop outside the station. (For latest timetable info visit www.mcharrys.com.au ) All McHarry's services connect with V/Line Trains at Marshall or Geelong.

Drysdale Explorer. Take the 1115am steam Train from Queenscliff and upon arrival at Drysdale, why not HIRE-A-BIKE and explore the historic Drysdale Township & surrounds, before returning your bike and boarding the afternoon train for a relaxing ride back to Queenscliff. You will have around 3 hours (Sundays,Holidays) or 4 hours (Tues & Thurs) to roam the area. Attractions include:
